Where is Mkinetics located?
Mkinetics Sports & Wellness is at Virgin Active The Pavilion, Westville, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Call or WhatsApp 067 144 7898 for arrival and parking details.
What is the Vital Light Therapy launch price?
The standalone 20-minute Vital Light Therapy launch session costs R199. Mkinetics celebrates its brand launch on 2 November 2026.
Who will treat me?
Minenhle Khuzwayo is the Founder and Head Therapist of Mkinetics, with over 10 years of experience in sports massage and recovery and a background in sports conditioning. The team will confirm your practitioner when arranging your session.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. Mkinetics is closed on Sundays. Opening hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–18:00, and Saturday, 08:00–14:00.
What should I wear?
Wear clean, comfortable clothing suitable for the chosen session. For massage, you only undress to your comfort level. For mobility, choose stretchy sportswear. For Vital Light Therapy, follow Mkinetics’ light-coloured clothing and eye-protection instructions. Read the client guide for the full details.
Is my appointment confirmed when I use the form?
The form prepares a WhatsApp request. Send that message to Mkinetics; the team then confirms the appointment time. The published service price is shown as Total. No online payment is taken by this website.
How long is a Vital Light Therapy session?
Paid standalone Vital Light Therapy sessions last 20 minutes. Selected qualifying treatments may include a complimentary 10-minute add-on; that does not replace a paid 20-minute session.
What should I wear for Vital Light Therapy?
Mkinetics asks you to wear comfortable, light-coloured clothing and avoid black clothing for this session. The treatment area generally needs to be exposed to the light. Follow all positioning and eye-protection instructions.
Who should check first?
Speak to your doctor before booking. This is particularly important if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use photosensitising medication or have a history of light sensitivity. Vital Light Therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care.
Is Vital Light Therapy a medical treatment?
Vital Light Therapy is offered as a recovery and wellness experience. Individual responses vary; it is not a diagnosis, a guaranteed result or a substitute for medical care.
How often should I come?
Ask Mkinetics to help plan sessions around your goals, suitability and routine. Paid light packages contain three, five or ten 20-minute sessions. There is no single schedule that suits everyone.
Can I use Medal Monday or Reset Thursday with a launch deal?
These recurring promotions apply to selected eligible treatments. They are not automatically stacked with launch prices. Ask Mkinetics which treatment qualifies and what the applicable total is before choosing the promotion.
Are compression boots available now?
Compression services are planned for November 2026, subject to equipment availability and launch confirmation. Send an enquiry rather than assuming that a live appointment is available.
How does a package booking work?
The request form arranges the first session only. Mkinetics coordinates the remaining visits and package terms with you. Paid light sessions are 20 minutes each.
Where can I find the full preparation guide?
Use the Client guide under Your visit in the navigation. It covers clothing, what to expect, consent and the information to share with your practitioner.
