Appointment requests

The booking form prepares a WhatsApp message with your chosen service, total, preferred time, name, mobile number and any optional notes. You choose whether to send it. An appointment request is not a confirmed or reserved slot; Mkinetics confirms the appointment time directly.

Published prices

Published numeric session and package prices are shown as Total. The ActiveEZE add-on is R99 if selected. Percentage discounts, complimentary add-ons and custom team quotes require a separate enquiry about eligibility and terms; they are not automatically applied to the numeric booking total.

Payments and packages

This website does not take online payments. Paid light packages are purchased in advance. Agree package validity, remaining appointment arrangements and any cancellation or refund terms with Mkinetics before payment.

Personal and health information

The site does not create an account or store your booking on its own server. Your form details remain in the page until you open WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes sent messages under its own terms. Share only health information you are comfortable sending; contact the practitioner directly for sensitive discussions.

Launch reminder

The launch pop-up uses session storage to remember that it has appeared in this browser tab session. It stores only a seen flag, not your name, phone number or appointment details. You can reopen the pop-up using Launch highlights.

Measurement

No third-party analytics tags are installed by this package. The site can emit anonymous event names, such as a booking request or directions click, to a page event interface for an owner-configured analytics integration. This package does not itself send those events to an analytics server or include personal form fields in the events.

Content and imagery

The founder portrait is supplied by Mkinetics. Other treatment and panoramic images are illustrative examples rather than actual client or premises photography. The client preparation guide is practice-supplied guidance, not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of service availability.
